어린아이들을 위한 바나나 도너츠 20개 만들기

 

1.준비물

 

  - 3 ripe bananas
  - 200 g flour
  - 100 g La Perruche brown sugar : 앵무새설탕 

     (구입처 : G-market 검색창에 cafetea 또는 www.poppop.kr에서 구입)
  - 1 egg, 1 lemon
  - 1 vanilla pod
  - 6 level teaspoons baking powder
  - icing sugar
  - frying oil

  ** 각설탕을 믹서로 갈아 사용

 

2. 만드는 법

 

 - Mix the flour, baking powder and the egg in a bowl.

 - Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds using a knife.

 - Mix well.
 - Heat the frying oil.
 - Peel the banana and cut it into rounds.

 - Put them on a plate and sprinkle on the La Perruche brown sugar

     and the lemon juice. 

 - Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.

 - Drain the rounds and put them in the dough.

 - Fry them in hot but non-smoking oil until golden brown.
